East New York, Brooklyn, Construction is advancing at 895 Erskine Street, a 14-story residential building forming part of the second phase of the Alafia development in East New York.
The broader Alafia development is planned to deliver approximately 2,400 affordable homes across the former Brooklyn Developmental Center campus. The second phase will bring more than 600 additional affordable apartments to the neighborhood, continuing the transformation of the site into a new residential community.
As construction progresses, Adler Windows is providing window and façade installation for 895 Erskine Street, contributing to the building envelope of the new residential development.
Once complete, the building will add new affordable housing to East New York and contribute to the continued growth and revitalization of the neighborhood.
