Originally completed in 1917, 149 Madison Avenue is a 12-story, 127,000-square-foot commercial office building at the corner of 32nd Street in Midtown South. As part of a comprehensive building modernization, Adler Windows supplied and installed Modern Windows 7100 Series double hung windows throughout the property, upgrading thermal performance and aesthetics for the boutique office suites within.
