The Heritage is an 11-story, 600-unit mixed-income residential complex in East Harlem consisting of three interconnected buildings totaling 680,000 square feet. As part of an ambitious carbon-neutral retrofit, Adler Windows installed Dextall polymer steel-reinforced Supera window systems building-wide, a critical component of the envelope upgrades driving the property toward net-zero performance.
