The first new commercial office tower built in DUMBO in over a century, 29 Jay Street is an 11-story, 225,000-square-foot Class A building completed in 2024 within a landmarked neighborhood. Adler Windows supplied and installed Peerless G500 series fixed windows, contributing to the clean, modern curtain wall aesthetic that defines this ground-up commercial development.
