Eton House is a 20-story, 215-unit cooperative on Manhattan's Upper East Side, built in 1963 and converted to co-op ownership in 1983. Adler Windows provided a building-wide window replacement using Northern Architectural Windows series 5000 and AW-50 along with 7600 series units, improving energy efficiency and noise reduction throughout this fully occupied high-rise.
