Marvin Ultimate Double Hung G2
Designed by Rosario Candela and completed in 1928, 47 Plaza Street West is a landmark 16-story, 43-unit cooperative with a distinctive flatiron footprint beside Grand Army Plaza in Park Slope. Adler Windows undertook a complete building-wide window replacement using Marvin Ultimate Double Hung G2 windows, replicating historic sightlines and muntin profiles to satisfy Landmarks Preservation Commission requirements while delivering modern thermal performance.
