A 21-story, 138-unit full-service cooperative on the Upper East Side built in 1962, 525 East 86th Street features a 24-hour doorman, gym, and on-site parking near Carl Schurz Park. Adler Windows completed a comprehensive building-wide window and door replacement using Northern Architectural System double hungs and doors across multiple product lines — models 5000HC, 3050, 7600, and 2001 — coordinating installation across all 21 occupied floors.
