The Markenfield Apartments are a pair of six-story Beaux-Arts cooperative buildings completed in 1905 in Morningside Heights, featuring 52 units with period details including 10-foot ceilings and crown moldings. Adler Windows executed a full building-wide window replacement using 5000 series and Optimum fire-rated windows, upgrading thermal and acoustic performance while respecting the prewar character of this century-old cooperative.
