Marvin Windows – wood ultimate double hung; Universal Windows: 550 Series double hung

One of the most storied facades in Greenwich Village, 7–13 Washington Square North dates to the 1830s Greek Revival row and was rebuilt in 1939 as a six-story residential building serving New York University faculty. Adler Windows partnered with Skyline Restoration on a building-wide window replacement, installing Marvin Ultimate wood double hung windows alongside Universal Windows 550 Series double hungs — matching the historic proportions and detailing required for this landmark-adjacent property.
