The Lirio is a nine-story, 112-unit Passive House mixed-income development in Hell's Kitchen combining affordable housing, MTA office space, and ground-floor retail. Adler Windows installed Intus PHIUS-certified Supera 83 AW window systems throughout the building, ensuring the ultra-tight air sealing and thermal bridging performance required for PHIUS certification.
