Beach Green Dunes III is an 8-story, 138-unit Passive House certified affordable housing development in Far Rockaway, designed with geothermal heating and storm-resilient construction. Adler Windows installed Intus Supera AW-60 Series casement and fixed windows to meet the project's rigorous Passive House air-tightness and thermal requirements in a demanding coastal environment.
