Building 2 at Cooper Park Commons is an 18-story, 310-unit affordable housing development on the former Greenpoint Hospital campus, with 30 percent of units reserved for formerly homeless residents. Adler Windows installed INTUS PHIUS-certified Supera 74 CW window systems throughout, enabling the building to pursue both LEED Gold and Passive House certifications simultaneously.
