A 26-story Passive House development in Mott Haven, Grand Concourse provides 277 units of affordable housing above ground-floor community facilities including a medical center and supermarket. Adler Windows installed casement windows engineered to Passive House air-tightness standards, a critical element of the building's ultra-low-energy design in one of the Bronx's tallest residential towers.
