A landmark conversion of two 1869 cast-iron commercial buildings in TriBeCa into eight luxury loft residences ranging from 1,943 to 3,129 square feet. Adler Windows installed casement windows, double hung windows, sliding doors, and tilt-and-turn windows throughout the property — a varied fenestration program required by the diverse floor plans and the historic facade preservation constraints.
