Wooster Street

This eight-story SoHo infill project by KUB Capital features six full-floor residential lofts above two ground-floor retail spaces, with a custom facade of Indiana limestone and handmade Petersen bricks. Adler Windows provided casement windows integrated into the building's meticulously detailed exterior, meeting the high design standards expected in one of Manhattan's most exclusive neighborhoods.
